Optimizing Azure B2B for External User Access

When you need to allow external users access to your tenant, there are multiple ways that you can configure your tenant to allow them access. Azure B2B is the most common and easiest way to authenticate those users. Azure B2B enables external users to use their existing Identity Provider, like an M365 or Microsoft Account. By default users can add guests quite easily to your tenant. However, the default settings are not necessarily the optimal ones for most organizations.
